Outlook 2003 "View" Question

I currently have my view set with the message header on top portion of the
screen and the preview (?) on the bottom. I know there is a setting
somewhere to have the message envelope on the top portion of the screen
change to "open" after a certain time limit.

Can someone tell me where the setting is to change this?

right click on the gray border around the reading pane and choose reading
pane settings.
