Outlook 2003 viewer changes

Is there any way to remove the display of:
+ Date: Last Week
+ Date: Monday
+ Date: Tuesday
+ Date: Yesterday
- Date: Today

I find these drop downs annoying and would prefer just to have the
mail senders, subject, size, etc. I don't need them categorized by
the day of the week.

Go to Display, Organize, and uncheck "display in groups"

View>Arrange By. Uncheck "Show in Groups".
