Outlook 2003 & Vista 64 bit

I loaded my Office 2003 suite onto my computer (Vista 64 bit) and all of the
programs work except Outlook. When I try to open it, it says 'configuring
Outlook accounts' and the hour glass keeps going around forever - the program
does not respond.
Any suggestions?

Did you have any trial version installed that you failed to uninstall first?
Use the Mail Applet in the control Panel (32 bit view)
To configure a new Profile with the accounts & data file
