Outlook 2003 w/Comcast Service

I can not receive e-mail but can send out ok. Comast said it is on my side
because they can receive. Been working on for 3 weeks.

Do you have an antivirus or personal firewall program that scan e-mail as it
is downloaded? You will need to disable e-mail scanning or reinstall it
w/out e-mail integration.

Do you get an error message when you try to download? If so, what is it?
