Outlook 2003 w/XP service pack3

My outlook has started acting up...my mouse flutters continually and when
switching between emails it takes forever!!! I have outlook connector as I
download my work email here as well but it has never acted like this
before....does anybody have any ideas???

I'd start with Detect and Repair (Help menu).
