outlook 2003 will not open

unable to open default e-mail folders. The file C:\documents and
settings\Administrator\ etc. ....is not an offline folder file.
How do reset this to online????

I suggest that you ask your question in a group devoted to Outlook, like:

microsoft.public.outlook.general

This group is dedicated to the relational database product, Access.
