Outlook 2003 will not start in Windows 7

I have installed office 2003 with Windows 7. Every other application will
start but Outlook 2003. It just says "Microsoft Office Outlook has stopped
working" when i try to open it. I have tried re-installing the program but
nothing seems to work.
