Outlook 2003 will only open in safe mode after uninstalling 2007

I had Office 2003. Got the 2007, installed it, didn't like it so I
uninstalled it and put 2003 back on.

Everything is fine EXCEPT I can only open Outlook in the safe mode.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check your Addins, probably means one hasnt reinstalled correctly
