Outlook 2003 & Windows 7

Is Outlook 2003 a good choice to use with Windows 7? I don't particularly
like Windows Live Mail. I have access to Outlook 2003; but have never used
it.

Outlook 2003 should work fine.
You could also consider Mozilla Thunderbird as well...
