Outlook 2003, Windows XP - Printing Runtime Error

I have a particular IP printer (Laserjet 9000) setup on my network which
several computers print to. When printing e-mails from Outlook 2003, they
constantly receive a runtime error. The runtime error says "a runtime error
has occurred, do you wish to debug?". Line 1828, Error: Unspecified Error.
From what they have said, this only occurs on this printer and when printing
from Outlook. If they hit no (sometimes the option is a simple OK), they can
bring the e-mail back up and print it just fine. This problem is quite
annoying.

Further investigation repeats the errors very easily. Line 1828. Error: An
invalid character was found in text content. When I debug it points to
msxml3.dll and res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg
