Outlook 2003 with Business contact management synchro or export/im

I am using Outlook 2003 with Business contact management.

I try to synchronize with my PocketPC; it seems to be impossible even with
the latest 3.8 ActivSync.
So I tried to export manually my business contacts to a csv file and then
import it in outlook 2003 standard contact; the import does not work (bad
format !)

Any advice,
