Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager

Just installed over Office 2003 the Business Contact
Manager, and it keeps giving me error message "Database
creation has failed" when I try to start it up. Upgraded
over Office XP on Windows XP with all the latest
updates. It's driving me mad. Suggestions? Thanks, T
