1-You cannot sort inside of a category it opens up all of the category in
both contact & business contact mgr.
2-2003 needs a change forms program so you can change all yours contacts at
one time.
3-Both should work like 2000
4-How can I go back to outlook 2000?
5-Outlook 2003 with business contact mgr is much to slow to respond to
commands.
6-I cannot set up a distribution list in business contact mgr.
7-What if anything is MS going to do and when.
