Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2000

We are planning to upgrade our corporate citrix servers from Outlook 2000 to
Outlook 2003. However, we are planning to leave our exchange servers as
Exchange 2000 for the time being.
Can anyone let me know any obvious pitfalls to this approach - or point me
in the direction of any good documentation on the subject?

Works fine - we're running XP Pro SP2, Office 2003 Pro, SBS 2000 [including
Exchange 2000]
