Outlook 2003 with Exchange-Different auto replies to senders

I am running Outlook 2003 on an Exchange server. I want to use the Out of Office assistant; BUT I would like to be able to send different automatic replies based on distribution list and/or individual contact name. I have tried with the Out of Office & rules, but the auto reply goes out to everyone. Is what I would like to do possible?

Try using regular rules, not OOA for this.
