Outlook 2003 won't open

I can't get my outlook 2003 to open properly. After a long wait it will open
but if I click on anything it will say "Not Responding", then I will get a
white screen.

That sounds like a connection problem with your mail server. What
account type do you use (Exchange Server, POP/SMTP)?
