Outlook 2003 won't restart after XP SP2 installation

I can only open Outlook 2003 once after booting. If I
close it, I have to reboot to reopen it. This started
after installing Win XP/SP2. I have the current update
for Office 2003 installed.

This is most likely because the outlook.exe process doesn't close. Take a
