Outlook 2003 wont save password

I have gone through the fix that microsoft states
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;259416)with deleting my protected storage system
provider, but it still has not resolved my problem. I have
even reinstalled outlook with no success. Any other leads
would greatly be appriciated.

Not sure what the link was as it is now dead - but do you have several email
accounts with the same pop details?
