Using Advanced Find for Calendar items, I am unable to
delete multiple items. Need to open the item and then
delete it, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Find and Advanced Find are only Views of your items, not the actual item.
Yes, you need to open the item to delete, or right click on them and then
delete.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
