Outlook 2003

Does anyone know if the UI is customizable in the Outlook
2003? Can you move the Reading Pane back to where it was?

Yes, it can be off, on the right or the bottom. On the bottom you get
about 1/2 the amount of text visible at one time as you do on the
right.
