Microsoft help? It seems everyone is having trouble shutting down 2003. The features of the software are great but we need a fix to be able to shut it down!!!!!!

You have some other program keeping Outlook open, like an email scanner, a
PDA synchronizer, an add-in or some such. Find that program, stop it, and
Outlook will close.
