OutLook 2003

I've recently installed Office 2003. Every option works except Outlook 2003.
Outlook generates an error and wants to send MS a report. Outlook won't
evey restart itself in safe mode. Even when it attempts detect and repair it
won't work. It wants to repair Front Page. Anyone with ideas? I already
attempted to uninstall Office 2003 and install it back but no luck.
