Outlook messages
I am in real estate and when clients email me about a specific home I have to
type a message back to them. Is there a way that I can have a planned or
prepared message somewhere in Outlook that when a client contacts me about a
specific home, I would just pull up the message on that property and email it
to them. I am currently preparing messages in folders for each of my
listings but when I reply to a message, I have to go to that folder, select
all, copy it and then go back to the outlook message and past the comments in
the email. I am hoping there is a simpler and easier way of doing this in
outlook.
