For some reason my Outlook alerts me 3 times every time I get a new message.
It started recently after I installed the rest of Office 2003 to my computer.
What can be done to remedy this?

Do you have any rules defined? What do you mean by "installed the rest of
Office"? Did you not install all of Office when you installed Outlook? Is
your Outlook and the rest of Office from the same install kit?
