How to create email attachment without saving the attached file. Please advise

Well, I want to send an email that I received, as an attachment and my notes
included, but not as a forwarded message.

Open a new message window then do "attach item" and you can attach an email
to your message. Where the "attach item" is, depends on your (secret)
version of Outlook....
Or just drag and drop the message into a new message window...
