Outlook 2003

Hi

I have outlook 2003 on XP and it has suddenly stopped allowing me access to
the programme. After several attempts it stops responding. I though the
programme had corrupted so I deleted and reinstalled office but it kept on
happening.
Then i put it down to an old laptop and had been meaning to replace so that
is what i did.
Now have new laptop with Vista, tried installing office, configured my
exchange account email and the same thing is happening. I can't believe
outlook has corrupted on the original disc because it first started playing
up on the original laptop.

Have double checked email settings with exchange provider and have tried
deleting and re-installing office... twice.

Any ideas?
