Hi, my boss installed 2003 outlook in his desktop. Every time he restart the
computer, open outlook, his old and new emails will start downloading. How
can we stop receiving/downloading previously received emails? Thanks!

Apparently he created a new mail profile (which, I believe, installing Outlook
2003 does). Have him open the Mail applet in Control Panel and then click
Show Profiles. How many does he see? If he sees more than one, one of them
should be his old profile and that profile shoudl remember what he's
downloaded before.

If that doesn't pan out, there are other methods to get around the issue.
