Outlook 2003

I just installed Office Professional 2003 with Business
Contact Manager. When I try to open a contact I get
a "Array Out of Bounds" Error. The contact opens but I am
wondering what is causing the error.

Thanks

Outlook BCM error: 'can't connect to database engine'.

Now I can't open my Business contacts or Accounts contacts.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Thanks,

Did you get an answer to your "Array Out of Bounds" error? I am experiencing the same problem. Thanks

I had the same problem. Soon after I configured Intellisync to work
with BCM my business contacts stopped working because of the error you
described. After a lot of heartache I figured it out:

1) Close Outlook
2) Search for frmcache.dat on your hard drive and rename it
frmcache.old.
3) Restart Outlook and try clicking on any of your Contacts

Outlook should recreate the proper form and then you should be good to
go.

Best of luck!
