Outlook 2003

Everytime I try to access my Hotmail account using
Outlook 2003, I will get "Reported Error (0x800CCC32)".
Reinstalling the program did not help to correct the
problem. Any suggestions?

hi there..
this can be caused by incorrect login information

on the hotmail website, it is NOT case sensitive for the
username and password, but
in Outlook or Outlook Express, it is case sensitive.

you must enter the username and password exactly as you
entered it when you setup
the account on the hotmail website

in one such case, customer was doing that, but put a
capital "H" in "hotmail.com"
in the username.

this will not work, "@hotmail.com" needs to be all
lowercase to work
