Just loaded OUTLOOK 2003.
Here's a glitch we need help with.
I select an attachment to be sent.
Right Click
Send To
Mail Recipient
Enter the recipients info
It appears as an attahment in the proper location of the e-
mail.
I Click Send. Here's what happens.
I immediately get an Undeliverable Msg stating the rev'g
address is not valid.
I click on RESEND, and shortly there after I get a msg
from the recvr that there's no attachment.
I click on RESEND and bingo. they now rec'v the
attachment.
Anyone have an idea how to correct this error?
I can create a new e-mail and click on the paper clip for
attachments and I have no problem with this procedure.
It's only when we Right Click on the file to be sent.
Which is the easiest way to send the file and the way I've
been doing it in OUTLOOK 2000.
