Outlook 2003

I am unable to create a new appointment in Outlook 2003
with short cut key (CTRL+Shift+A)
Why?

Any work arounds for short cut keys

What happens? I have tried it within my version of
Outlook 2003 Pro and CTRL+SHIFT+A works fine for me...
