Outlook 2003

I have a newly installed Office 2003. All works except for Outlook, getting an error message "Operation failed. Object could not be found" It is correctly configured through my internet service but I can't use Outlook. Any suggestions.

Did you upgrade from a previous version of Outlook? If so, are you using
the same profile you used in the previous version?
