In general, asking in an Outlook Express newsgroup would be better, since
Outlook doesn't contain a newsreader but uses OE.

That's as much excuse as I need to standardize on a third-party solution.
I've had enough trouble with MS newsreaders lately I'll be glad to cut them
loose.
