We have Exchange Server 2003 and all clients are running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP systems. I have an office contacts list that I have shared. All users can access my shared office contacts list, but it is not available as a shared e-mail address list when they are e-mailing. How do I share this list as a shared e-mail address list?

If this is in your mailbox you may be better off creating a Public Folder
Contact folder instead because you need to jump through hoops to share
mailbox contacts.
