When changing to a new computer, I tried to copy the
Outlook data file into the new computer's outlook
folder. Everything looked perfect until I found that all
of the times were one hour off. Daylight savings time?
The computers had the exact same time, date, and
timezone. What would make that happen?

Check the time zone and DST settings in both Outlook AND Windows on the new
machine -- usually there's one off from the other.
