Outlook 2003

Okay - Home Office Computer - Had Office 2000 on it
originally, then I installed TRIAL CD of Office PRO
2003. Went through trial, trial ended a few days ago. I
purchased Office Small Biz Edition 2003 UPGRADE. The
install was supposed to UNINSTALL the trial and it
didn't, or it sure doesn't seem like it. Now Outlook or
my new Business Contact Manager won't work.

Error comes up after restart:
"Managed MAPI Service Failed."

Can anyone help?
