Outlook 2003

Hi,,,
After installing Outlook 2003 I now have a few problems that hopefully
someone may have a simple solution for,,,

1) I send mail to my home address from work but my
home Outlook Blocks most all of the Attachments ,, (sometimes these are
website links) ,, is there a way I can set waht I want to allow ????

2) Almost all of my Incoming mail now goes direct into my "deleted Items
Folder" ,, again ,, Can I set parameters to let me! (yes ME ,,,its MY
computer) Decide???

There must be a rule causing it to happen, ether an explicit one or the
built-in Junk mail rule.
