Does anyone have a fix for Outlook 2003, everytine I send
or respond to an email outlook crashesand restarts..Any
suggestions?

It happened to me until I updated my Outlook with the

Office 2003 Service Pack 1. Check Office Update on the
Microsoft website here:
http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/mainCatalog.aspx?
CTT=6&Origin=ES790020041033 It should fix it. Otherwise,
I'd reinstall Outlook.
