Outlook 2003

I installed Micrsoft Office 2003. When I click on the Microsoft Outlook it
will not load. It looks like it is trying to configure something. It them
post the notice to send the error to microsoft. What can I do? I have
windows 2002.

Have you tried reinstalling from the CD?
