outlook 2003

I have set up 2 neww email accounts in outlook 2003 but it will not let me
switch back and forth? Does anyone know how to set this up?

What do you mean by switch back & forth? You can choose which account to
send an item via for every item (with there being a default in the event you
don't want to choose)
