Outlook 2007/2010 with Windows 7

I want 2 seperate accounts for outlook so one or the other can't read the
others mail, contacts etc. Please help

Use separate Windows User accounts, making sure that they are Standard Users
with strong passwords, and not Admins.
The only way really.
