Outlook 2007 3 spam folders

I have tried to delete 2 of the 3 spam folders in outlook 2007, but they just
keep appearing again, Help

Outlook doesn't create a spam folder. That's a function of whatever
anti-spam software you installed and the behavior of its add-in for
Outlook.
