Outlook 2007 (Add a note in a flagged message)

Is there a way or a Microsoft plug-in to allow adding a note/comment to an
email message when flagging it for follow up?

You can type in the flag to field - ie, type over For Follow up so it says
'Call Bernie about this'. The field holds either 100 or 255 characters.
