Outlook 2007 - All Day Event

Is there any way to have an "All Day Event" display in the "To Do" section
of Office 2007? I Know that is will do so in Office 2010, but it appears
that I will be staying with Office 2007 for awhile. Thank you for your

Not possible with Outlook 2007.
