You get this when doing what?
What did you change before you got this error message?
What is logged to the Event Viewer?

Hi Robert -

As far as I know, nothing was changed before the message started appearing.
The message pops up as soon as I click on outlook, and I can't get into my
mailbox.

Thanks for your time.

I should also mention that I am using a Dell computer. I have removed that
add in by cyberlink and tried to repair office professional 2007 using my
office CD.

I don't know how to read the event viewer
