Outlook 2007 April 2009 Hotfix Problem

After installing the recent Outlook hotfix, my Rules are not working properly.
I have numerous rules that move incoming email from my inbox to specific
folders. Now, instead of moving those emails, it is copying the emails to the
other folder. As a result, I have 2 copies of emails - one in the inbox and
another in the appropriate folder. This was not happening before.

Is there a change in the rules that I have to make to correct this behavior?
I have reviewed the rules and they appear to be correct.
