Outlook 2007 Auto Archive error

After upgrading to windows 7 I got the follloowing error message and I just
got it after an auto-archive when it could not archive the caledar and notes.

"You do not have the permission required to access the file C:\Documents and
Settings\Paul\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive1.pst."
