Outlook 2007 - Auto Reply Template

Arthur

I am trying to create 2 auto-reply templates, that

1. replies to the sender (undefined) with a custom message and at the same
time attaches the original message.

2. replies to the sender (undefined) with a custom message and at the same
time include the body of the original email.

I have attempted to do this by setting up Rules. However, I am ending up
with two emails, one to reply with the custom message and the other to
forward the original email as an attachment.

What I like to accomplish is to combine both into one email. Does anyone
have an idea ?

Hi,

I have been using a program called Auto Reply Manager which works as
an add-in for Outlook.
You can set from there to Auto Reply to a specific person, to all the
emails received trough an account or into a specifc folder.
You can download the trial version or you can purchase it from
www.emailaddressmanager.com

Kind Regards,

Andrew,

Thanks for your input. I downloaded a Trial version of the Auto-reply Manager
and I configured a test Rule. However, the Auto-reply Manager did not reply.

I checked the rules thoroughly, there is no reason why it should not have
fired.
The application looks simple and reasonably priced but it did not do the job.

May be you can help trouble - shoot.

Best of regards
