Outlook 2007 & B2TR Not Playing Nicely

I have been using the Office 2007b Professional suite successfully, until I
installed the Beta 2 Refresh. All of the programs are crashing or just will
not open, mainly Outlook. I start the program and select my profile.
Outlook appears to start normally, then an error message appears: "Cannot
Start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window. Out of memory or
system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again." I have not
installed any new software, except for the B2TR update. I have over 200MB of
free memory and 40GB of HD space. Any ideas?

If using Norton (Symantec) antivirus - uncheck the Office plug-in from the Norton options selection.

I have not installed any Norton software. (I will not allow its tentacles to
infiltrate and strancle my machine.) McAfee Security Suite 2007 is
installed, but the only thing that I see that relates to office in any way is
the file system cleaner, which I do not use.
