Outlook 2007 Background

I Microsoft tech deleted my primary user account and created a new one.
Result: I lost many things in Outlook 2007. Now I would like help
recreating a custom background to be used in all new email messages I send.

Why would you want to subject your recipients to that?

Don't post real mail addresses in newsgroups unless you like (or don't mind)
spam and viruses.
